not sure how to link the footpaths to existing roads! lots of little segments to show that they join might help with route planners

have just noticed that "Esri World Imagery" is more up to date, will add some more when this has been reviewed

checked, and it says closed until 2020-12-31 which is close enough to what I said so leaving as is
