I changed the road classifications to make the network continuous and logical. The old way breaks standard OSM routing rules. According to OSM guidelines, a single continuous road should not have mixed and changing classes along the way (for example: jumping from trunk to motorway, back to trunk, and then to primary). I tried to double-check if these roads were officially opened, but I couldn’t find any confirmation in the news. Maybe you have another source that confirms the opening? If so, it would be great if you could share it with us.
