Since St. George was officially incorporated, I decided to put it on the map. Fingers crossed the relations are all without issue!

I used the original proposed boundaries, and I'm already aware there were some adjustments made as certain parcels were annexed to Baton Rouge, but these weren't updated in the Baton Rouge boundary and I thought having the main relation would make these adjustments easier later on.

If the local mapper community or anyone else has problems with this changeset, please let me know, I have the reverter plugin and am willing to fix my mistakes, but I just wanted to make some progress. :)
