I've reverted the edit.
I use JOSM to make my edits. I can't say why the notice board was deleted. Maybe it was due to JOSM's validation process. I don't actively delete such entries. The "vending_machine" at Marienhof is based on mapping on the ground, which wasn't explicitly mentioned.

Als E-Auto Fahrer bezahle ich für die Dienstleistung des Anbieters. access=customers finde ich hier deswegen nicht angebracht.

Ja du hast Recht. Fehler des JOSM Validators im betreffenden Berecih wurden behoben. ;-)

Ein fixme=position wie hier node/9737873976 schon in Version 1 verursacht nur mehr Arbeit.
