Please don't do what he suggests (tracing from Google's maps),
a) it's a violation of Google's rights and harms OSM
b) Google data is sometimes oddly wrong
c) Google data is often old

OSM has more than enough armchair mappers who enter bad data.
Better go out mapping yourself (and have all the fun ;-)).
