Hi Martin, Thanks for asking. Route4U is wheelchair navigation app. https://route4u.org/
We have teamed up with a big beer producers, that their salespeople will evaluate accessibility of places they visit on a monthly basis. Part of it was that they handed over their database, which is their own survey. It is a valid, living database since they visit these places regularly. On the other hand we needed to sign a non-disclosure agreement with them, while we got permission to improve the OSM database with their data. With these circumstances the best we can tell is that Route4U Magyarország Kft (our legal entity) publishes this data to openstreetmap having the necessary rights to do so. I hope this helps.
Best,
Peter

Köszi. király vagy. Egy sörgyártótól kaptuk az adatbázist azokra a helyekre, ahova szállítanak. 5-10 méteres hibákat láttunk a koordinátákba, de ez azért kicsit durva lett. Köszi a segítséget.

Thanks. These changesets are all done with an application, where users edit accessibility info of places. Route4U server sends changes to OSM every 5 minutes and these can include any place in the world. Do you think it is a better idea to just send all edits one by one?
Thanks for the changeset comment mention. We will correct that.
