This changeset removed type=boundary and boundary=administrative tags from the Georgia state, breaking it for many applications.

I has its value in things like geocoding and search - it is far better to have at least some info about what language the "name" is in, than no info at all. And for most countries (and admin_level 3/4 in some places, like Belgium) it is actually quite straightforward. Sorry about the bad info in this case.

You are probably right, I was looking on S.Peter Port and everything looked english, and this was the last one in my testing set missing this tag, I might rushed it. Feel free to remove it for Guernsey.
