Added back bicycle=yes tags with cycleway=shared_lane to hopefully better indicate that while cycling is possible on MD 2/4 it has a low level of comfort. Still learning best practices. This edit above removing the tags through MD 2/4 was a mistake which I have now rectified.

Putting bicycle=yes and cycleway=lane tags on this stretch of highway is misleading. Mapping Prince Frederick Blvd with those tags will give cyclists a better idea of the safest route to take through town.
