i see your argument. on osm-wiki is written, that motorways "TYPICALLY have at least two lanes in each traffic direction with some degree of separation". in my point of view that isnt an argument to exclude, that this isnt a motorway. what is more, i want to point out, that the official name of that street is "D3", so called like every other motorway (Dx) in slovakia and as a truck-driver you have to pay toll, like he drives on an other motorway.
