Hi again: I made some edits to this block so you can see how it's usually mapped. We normally don't add addresses to shop and entrance nodes if the building they are in already has an address. Only on staircase entrances we add the entrance letter in the ref=* tag (for instance ref=А; А should be Cyrillic A)

This office still exists! the sign is in Latin script, though, not in Cyrillic
