There's a discussion going on on this subject here https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/tagging-kerbs-on-crossings/9290/8

Ah, so it's @blankmash that added the barrier=kerb tags... I hope iD will soon be updated so such errors will not be added again.

129563925 over 2 years ago

I'm pretty sure I never added barrier=kerb using iD. I deleted 4 cases in this area yesterday, and noticed that StreetComplete is asking about these nodes again even though the kerbs are separately mapped now.

These were added through StreetComplete, so it is a bug in that app. It can be raised here https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues Will you do this (you probably have more experience than I have). In case you can't, I can try to raise it

Thanks! The reserve train is easily visible on Sofia Airport metro station :) I'll make the changes as you suggested.

114513191 almost 3 years ago

OK I guess it was used to reverse the trains before Vitosha station was opened. I'll move them.
What's your source for such information? I noticed that the subway tracks are shown as to the west of the centre of the road above, but in reality they appear to be in the centre, and a bit further apart than mapped.

Hi Dimi, in this changeset you made edits to a set of 4 switches and a crossing at James Bourchier metro station. I surveyed it yesterday to add internal mapping. That crossing can't be where it's mapped now because that's where the metro platform is. The crossing has to be either north or south of the end of the platform. Did you move the nodes in that change? Or should I message Vatmann who created the switch nodes?

I see. When I added the planters, I assumed that barrier=yes was the default. I now added the barrier tags, so routers will not send motor vehicles there.

It's physically not possible, but legally still allowed, so the access tag should not change. It's still a road...

OK, saw it now :) "Метрополитен" ЕАД is the operator, but I don't think the place itself has a name. I'll have a look what's written on the window next time I see one.

It's not a full service kasa of ЦГМ but just a place where you can buy metro tickets. However, the one at the other entrance is not on this list either https://www.sofiatraffic.bg/bg/transport/punktove-za-prodazhba-na-prevozni/p/1 So how to name these ticket sales points?

Then maybe you know more than me. The fast food stands that used to be there are gone and don't look like coming back. I saw the aquarium but it wasn't signed as "Bel Ami".

Yes, that's better, thanks!

Now cross fingers it will be realised!

I changed it to a proposed cycleway (and added the abandoned railway west of it), because that's what it is!

127841803 about 3 years ago

OK. Or I'll describe my change better, I should have added "no longer exists"

Hi Dimitar, looks like you reverted the changes I made on that crossing yesterday. There is a path by which you can enter the road from the north side pavement of J. Bourchier, but no such path on the south side. That's why I removed the southern half of the crossing. Don't you think that's how it should be mapped? Or maybe a crossing path should be draw from the kerb on the north side to the end of the service road on the south side, because that's how pedestrians would cross there?

Half an hour ago it wasn't there any more: pedestrian traffic lights are gone, and markings on the asphalt removed

It's both, I think. You can gamble on the result of football matches (Тото 1 13 срещи, etc.) but it's also a lottery (6/42 etc. Тото 2). I don't care which one you choose, both are fine with me. They have horrible opening hours to enter! :)

It's not functioning, and in need of repair, but not a ruin. There's a volunteer caretaker in the weekends (usually) that can show you the interior. http://www.over-sun.com/storage1/images/catalog/item1215/pic6615/View.jpg
