We did check on the site map pdf file for any information related to copyrights, but unfortunately we couldn't find it. We are reaching out to the universities to understand more on this. Hi Mateusz Konieczny,
University layouts are in public domain to help people understand the locations quick and clear. We have utilized layouts to enrich OSM with same data which in-turn will help public understand locations within the university. We also follow similar practice in temporary road closure/construction scenarios, where we source data from DOT websites. Please let us know in case of concerns/queries. Happy to work with OSM community.
