Hi. Can I know why do you include a part of UM into Seksyen 16 and exclude KK13 UM (formerly UIA PJ) from Seksyen 16?

The official border are a lot more straightforward. Seksyen 16 is roughly bounded by:
- Jalan Dato Abu Bakar 16/1
- Jalan Prof Diraja Ungku Aziz
- Jalan 17/1
- Jalan Damansara

Hi. Yes, the road is permanently closed off for pedestrian only. UM added bollard row at each ends of the Plaza. Though vehicles are still able to enter through the parking east of the plaza. Recently, they allowed some cars to park on the Plaza due to lack of parking during a big event.
