Trust you are doing well and Welcome to OpenStreetMap! While mapping the Vietnam we have observed that "amenity=restaurant","https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity=place_of_worship"polygons are created on the waterways and "railway=rail" were created in open space refer: amenity=*, railway=*.
And the geometry of the amenity , railway does not seem to reflect on the ground reality and this should be avoided mapping on OpenStreetMap. We are reverting these changesets and please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any questions.
