I noticed that many "pienalueet" and "kaupunginosat" were tagged incorrectly or inconsistently around Kuokkala. I fixed many of these but I leave this note for others to recheck these or comment.

The current logic based on openstreetmap wiki is:
place=suburb = kaupunginosa, like Kuokkala, Ristikivi and Hämeenlahti
place=quarter = pienalue, like Ainolanranta, Kuokkalan keskusta, Samulinniemi, Kekkola
place=neighbourhood = smaller area inside pienalue, like Suuruspää, Ainola

Not the easiest task as Jyväskylä's official taustakartta highlights names that are not official pienalue or kaupunginosa.

The official pienalueet and kaupunginosat are in Wikipedia and on different map layers in Jyväskylä's map service:
