I have not being adding data from the site, but using it a QC on the OSM data. OSM data more useful to me as it has all substations. And as you now pointed out looks like it is more accurate as well.

I based it on the absence of this sub-station from the "Availability Capacity Map" of ESB substations https://www.esbnetworks.ie/new-connections/generator-connections-group/availability-capacity-map

I may have jumped the gun and will switch it back while I investigate further.
