To help encode the "summer hours", do you know what months count as summer for the purposes of the schedule? Is it June thru August, or Memorial Day through Labor Day, or something like that? Does the restaurant schedule change match the UW cafeterias?

Hello @Natalie%20Robbecke and welcome to OpenStreetMap. I removed the descriptive names and restores the street name, but I truncates the street where it seems to become private property, and changed that segment to a driveway (which is treated as private by default). I marked the path cut-through as private access only as well.

I'm not personally familiar with this area, so your input is very valuable and appreciated. Could you review my changes and tell me if they seem to accurately represent what's "on the ground" here? You might also find osm.wiki/Why_we_won't_delete_roads_on_private_property to be a helpful read.

First, congratulations on having recently made your 10000th changeset! That's a big milestone-thanks for all your contributions!

I see that you edited Ernie's Aviation Cafe (way/1293275524) back in this changeset. When it was initially added to the map by another user in 2024, the opening_hours=* were (incorrectly) used to say that this business was "temporarily closed". Do you, by any chance, know if the restaurant was no longer closed when you surveyed it?

But the main reason I'm leaving a comment is that you seem to have added incomplete data for opening_hours=* to this restroom. They open at 7am, but when do they close?

This isn't valid opening_hours=* syntax. Do you know for what months each of these times are valid in? Or could it be memorial day to labor day, or something?

Got it, thanks for the additional details and sorry to hear about your property damage. I removed the tags that specify these as Flock cameras or ALPRs, so they should no longer show up as Flock devices in apps and websites that use OpenStreetMap data (though note that apps and websites sometimes take a while to pull the latest data from OpenStreetMap, so it could be a few weeks depending on what app you look at). Thanks for the contribution. Did the footprint of the building also change during construction? If so, we should re-draw its shape in OpenStreetMap (though, if the construction was recent, there might not yet be aerial imagery available for use in OpenStreetMap that we could use to trace the footprint).
