Agree concerning the geometry, but the name information (either from Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs Decree 300.2.2-2138 of 2025 or NGA-GNS) is still correct The edit was merely to remove double island locations and consolidate the information in one tag (on the island itself)

I do not agree: just did a search on geonames using the advanced search options using '-2703454' and Karang Yamsecie pops up - approved name (N)

1. official name as per Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs Decree 300.2.2-2138 of 2025 is Pulau Mondoliko, not? Also on https://sinar.big.go.id/pencarian/detail/126527; As I understand this is an official indonesian name, Locally it might be known differently, so I didn't remove it but put them as alt_name with no bas intents.
2. Wikidata and wikipedia tags are pointing to the island with the same coordinate (for both Pulau Mondoliko and Panjang)
3. Yes, I do think so. The ref code comes from the same document (Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs Decree 300.2.2-2138 of 2025) and is similar to the ref codes from villages/kelurahan/kecamatan.
