Hi PaulWebbtheTechExpert, please help us understand the reason behind deleting this road segment (Motor way link - 19590162). Here the road is paved and is not under construction as per latest imagery osm.org/edit#map=19/36.46845/-86.67964 . Please correct me if I'm wrong here. Thank you.

While adding these road segments, mappers considered all the OSM norms. Most of the segments are leading to Food_drink and shops like osm.org/edit?editor=id&way=981601632#map=19/41.45862/-82.02446 & osm.org/edit?editor=id&node=154053840#map=19/41.46004/-82.01973 .

Hi sidelines, road segment addition and building polygon creation are not linked with each other. Different teams work on different features, roads can be digitized without building polygons. Kindly do not delete/change OSM data in future unless and until those actually needs change.
