Trust you are well. While reviewing the road network in Jakarta, I have come across the way/158453522 classified as 'Secondary'. However, going by the aerial imagery and other ways around, this seems to be 'Tertiary'. Reverting the edits as of now.

Service=alley is given when there is a narrow service road usually located between properties to provide access things such as back gardens, rear entrances, fire exits, and storage areas.

Service=driveway is given when road primarily provides direct access to a house, garage, or carport; a small number of parking spots may be available for occupants
