Ciao dalla chat. Le strade carrabili in Italia prendono il nome ufficiale dalla piazza, se non ne hanno uno proprio. Ma non è una regola di OSM, e questo caso non è una strada carrabile.

Per quanto riguarda OSM, name è quello usato dalle persone per riferirsi all'oggetto fisico, e non si tagga per il rendering. Quindi non ci vedo niente di male in una highway=pedestrian senza name=*.

Unless you know that there is not a door right near the end of the highway, your edit violates the definition:

"Use the noexit=yes tag at the end of a highway=* to indicate that there is no possibility to travel further by any transport mode along a formal path or route."

Clearly "on foot" is a transport mode.

The rest is not part of the semantics of the tag and is not part of the interface between OSM and the applications.

noexit means that there is no way to go beyond this point, even on foot.

As the door cannot be visible from above, this would mean that you inspected personally,, which I doubt in this case.

Finding stupid QA tools is not that hard, the proper fix is to file a bugreport.

Si può chiudere un occhio per un paio di settimane (già passato) per un errore localizzato (non gigantesco e pervasivo) che fa bene all'utente finale (non per risparmiare un changeset). In concreto, OsmAnd già renderizza le linee e le fermate, lasciando sul neoutente inesperto una cattiva impressione.
