Hello friend, I don't think your tagging these ways with 'bicycle=no' is correct or helpful. This tag is used where bicycles are not allowed. See the wiki: osm.wiki/Bicycle#Bicycle_restrictions. Some of these ways are trails maintained by forest service for walking, biking, and horseback. More appropriate tags would describe the terrain of the trail, like width, tracktype, etc. would allow the adventuring cyclist to decide for himself if he wants to bike the trail. Thank you.

The deleted ways were many tiger imports, and did not exist. Some were surveyed, and the rest simply referenced from the GIS map.

My objective is to remove non existent roads and make sure existing roads are correctly named, and add addresses so OSM can be used for accurate navigation in this area as other maps are not reliable.

I am new to OSM, and if I have done incorrectly please tell me.
