Technically the turn restriction as now mapped stops anyone from North Road East from accessing Clifton Pl. The junction is offset, but traffic from NRE is allowed turn left and right into Clifton Pl, only traffic from North Hill is banned.
It's not possible to map the restrictions here properly as there are are also no left turns for over 3.5t from North Hill to NRE and NRE to North Hill.

Ironically, Ashford Hill was one of the ones I added just 4 hours before the crash happened!

The site has been handed over from Crossrail to TfL. The building site has gone and all access around the area has reopened even though the actual station is not in operation yet.
