:-) washington should be green

There are other places on the maps where this tag is applied to boundaries. I made sure that the areas I was tagging were in fact tree covered. Overall I think it makes the map both more accurate, and better looking.

Before making the change, I read the OSM wiki on forests, natural=wood tag, and wildernesses, and I cannot find anything that says this was not correct? Could you point me to somewhere that is discussed?
