I appreciate you looking out for potential bad edits, but I think this one was perfectly fine. Closed or not, that doesn't change the fact that Wikidata has more information on this venue. I'm not really sure what 'disused:wikidata' means, because the Wikidata link is not deprecated. It's still valid, even if the theater itself has closed down.
