If the path is not mapped correctly or too long, then do feel free to make the required changes to make it better reflect reality. As for your trespassing concerns, having the path tagged as private access (which it currently is) should prevent it from being used in routing systems, but unfortunately, there is no telling what individuals may do.

In the future, please tag your changesets with helpful comments specifying what you did, such as adding roads, buildings etc. This is very useful for other mappers and helps your edits to not be flagged as potential spam/vandalism.

Hi Kenneth,
Private roads should be mapped on OpenStreetMap. You can tag them with access=private, which routing applications should then correctly ignore. You can read more about this here:

In the future, please try to make your changeset comments a little bit more descriptive. Adding a few words about what you added/changed (roads in a residential area, houses...) is extremely useful information for other mappers.

Roads on private property are not considered to be private data. The paths that you have deleted were already tagged as private access roads, and are publicly visible on the aerial data. I have gone ahead and reverted your changesets - please familiarize yourself with the following two articles of the Wiki:

Biletomat ma już tag "vending=public_transport_tickets". Nazwa "Biletomat" jest zbędna a nawet nieprawidłowa, bo biletomat nie nazywa się "Biletomat", tylko ma swój numer albo nazwę przystanku. iD pokazuje ostrzeżenie kiedy nazwa "Biletomat" jest używana. Poza tym ta nazwa jest myląca dla obcokrajowców, którzy nie znają tego słowa i szukają "Biletomatu".
