Street missing. Uist Terrace, Dundee, Scotland. Missing from your maps. Been there over one year. I got Google to add it to Maps as street sign appears on Street View.

There is a key access to the Water of Leith Walkway here (and National Cycle Network). Includes a public car park space (small). The path already marked 50m to the west of this is actually steps.
