I've changed it from trunk to secondary because it looked very strange on the map... It's as wide and has as much traffic as all the roads next to it, yet seemed very out of place, as it was a trunk popping in and out of existence, if that makes sense.

I wasn't aware that there is an official Verordnung and an official equivalence that should be adhered to.

As for ref=Th 38, I've simply used the ref of the continuation of the road to the west. The road there is using ref=Th 38.

As to moving int_ref=AH11 to the north: the routing of AH11 is along the northern way, and not the southern one. There are highway signs on the northern way, not the southern one.
