I don't know what your correspondent is referring to as 'private' here, unless they mean some presumably private parking with gated access underneath the Résidence (see new changeset). The alleyway/service road is definitely public and one-way, with its own 20 km. zone plate.

Non, il n'y a pas de bug. J'ai essayé à exprimer en peu plus simplement l'explication dans Le Républicain (voyez tag “source” du changeset) qui a décrit que même si vous ne pouvez pas tourner à gauche vers votre destination vous pouvez toujours continuer vers le prochain carrefour giratoire et retourner en sens inverse à choisir votre destination.

Maintenant que les travaux sont finis, tout est de l'histoire. Votre mise à jour m'a permis à éviter une voyage à voir.

Une visite à faire des traces GPS serait utile. Mes estimations des tailles des carrefours giratoires etaient des suppositions.

Je presume que celle-ci etait par erreur parce que le but de votre
modification me semble d'être seulement d'ajouter le nom "Salle des
fêtes". La rectification la plus simple est à reculer la
modification et puis ajoute le nom encore. La page du wiki
OpenStreetmap
osm.wiki/Undoing_deletions
explique comment à reculer une modification avec l'editeur JOSM.

Si vous n'etes pas à l'aise avec l'editeur JOSM je peux reculer
la modification pour vous. Dites-moi si vous voulez que je fais
celle-ci. Si vous ne répondez pas en 2 semaines, avant le 14
juillet, je reculerais la modification et j'ajouterais le nom
au bâtiment "community centre" à côté.

However, I'll carry on tagging specifically bakers' shops in France as
shop:fr = boulanger, patissier
or
shop:fr = pain, patissier
according to whether the shop displays "Boulanger" or "Pain". This is because
of the legal distinction in France between a boulanger and a dépôt de pain. See
