I saw your edit adding the flash-flood hotspot in Section 7, Shah Alam. and I noticed you used landuse=commercial and name=flash-flood hotspots. In OpenStreetMap, there are more specific tags for this situation.

Based on your comment about the MBSA drain installation, the best way to map this would be to add tags directly to the affected road, Jalan Plumbum 7/100.

For example, you could add:

- hazard=flooding AND/OR flood_prone=yes
- description=This section of the road is a known flash flood hotspot. MBSA is installing new drains to mitigate the issue.

This way, the road itself is correctly identified as a hazard area, and the landuse tag is not needed.
