Regarding the tag for this area, do you think man_made=quay can convey that it's a recreation area? People come here to swim and chill, it’s some sort of a man-made urban beach but with wood pavement instead of sand. Google maps calls it a park, but it’s a stretch really. The best I could think of is man_made=beach, but I guess it's not something that exists

I’d say quite sure, although the information about this place is scarce, this pier is paved with wood just like the rest of the beach and the bench design matches other benches there. In other words, this place has a unique design that can be seen nowhere else in this area.
