Firstly, I don't appreciate the tone of your message. We are all trying to improve the map and if you usually send messages like that, you will put a lot of people off contributing. Maybe I have misinterpreted your tone, but I'm sure the message could be written in a more friendly way.

I am a local mapper, I walked past that area few days ago. I believe what you have done is incorrect as well. The track was previously there and has now been closed for a new temporary construction compound to replace the high voltage cables. You have marked it as construction which will show it as being constructed, which it is not. It is just temporally closed (probably for a few years). I followed the guidance on this page: osm.wiki/Conditional_restrictions
Do you have a better way of tagging it?
