Looking at the other signage along Bahnhofstrasse, I think one might be supposed to go on the sidewalk, but not on the street? I'm still figuring it out, let me know if you know more.

You mapped a part of Bahnhofstrasse
(way/602621660) as "bicycle=yes", see
https://osm.mapki.com/history/way/602621660. Was that just accidental?

At the location, coming from the north, I only found a sign forbidding access for anything except public transport busses, so I'm changing it back to bicycle=no (not that one would want to ride a bike down that street, but at least that way cycling routing engines don't even consider it).

About the conditional access tags for delivery, do you know where the signs at the location for that are?
