Fire station can have building=fire_station, and land area for that is amenity=fire_station. Why couldn't be the same for police?

I saw "世運道" and just feels odd, what was "世運道" building? Where exactly is it?

That's ridiculous. Street names and road names are not proper names either, if expansion plan names are not proper names, then neither do street names and road names.
