a few days ago I wanted to pass the way with my bike and there is a barriere over the whole width. I passed this barriere an after a few hundred meters at uphill the way is broken away. If I could, i would send you a photo. It is possible to pass by bike at a rest of the street of ca. a half a meter, but it is officially not allowed.
No matter how long it takes to repair the damage.
