I performed edits outside the construction area, on the junction, based on map feedback to update the junction into a T-intersection. North Rhine-Westphalia aerial imagery and others do not suggest any physical barrier between lanes so I preformed the edit, maintaining the tags regarding sidewalks.

Thank you for reverting the changeset. I will make sure to consult the community to understand regional interpretations, especially in the presence of source=survey, before my edits.

Thank you for your feedback. I have reverted the highway classification to its previous state and updated the construction tags. The changes were initially made due to traffic disruptions caused by the district heating network expansion. This construction activity, affecting Main Street (Hauptstraße, from Schulallee to the intersection with Münchendorferstraße), was confirmed by the official website of the Himberg municipality:

The downgrading and upgrading of road classes result from the permanent closure of the railway crossing at coordinates XY 48.0828099, 16.4447289. This closure has been officially confirmed by the Himberg municipality's website: https://www.himberg.gv.at/aktuelle-information-der-oebb-zur-sperre-der-eisenbahnkreuzung-in-der-bahnstrasse/ and corroborated by TomTom proprietary GPS traces recorded between March 1, 2025, and March 6, 2025.

Thank you for contacting me. I solved single way issue – missing roundabout tag, and then I triggered 3 warnings QA due to other connecting ways to the way/714031775, because of OSM wiki guideline basic criteria were not fulfilled. Hence, I have changed the correct tag to Junction = circular.
