I'm not 100% sure whether I understand what you mean. I changed the data during the vacation with the app "StreetComplete".

Please change my update as required. If it seems to be a "general problem in Spain", it can be an idea to open a change request / bug for StreetComplete.

Sorry, if I changed data with the app which does not match (local) requirements.
