I'm sorry but I don't know that. It is possible that it was based on some temporary restriction due to a road construction in which case the maxspeed is wrong now. Unfortunately, I don't have any means to find out what is the current situation there.

I made the change based on a report of one of our customer who claimed that the maxspeed should be reduced there from 100 to 50 (it was his own local knowledge).
