I looked up that same wiki page and still opted for that term as I cannot find another one. "Just some grass and trees" is many little islands created and cared for by the new york city parks dept. So it's definitely a official teeny park of sorts. If you have a good term for that I'd love it!

My apologies! Of course. I was just blindly following the guidelines for defining a "studio". How should a property with several buildings get marked? The same might apply for industrial parks or factories.
