I will be honest I was working on 3rd party information. We use the service for our mapping system and it was causing an issue for them. They advised there was a barrier there but they have been and checked personally and are now advising there is not barrier at all. I have since removed the barrier. Maybe someone originally added in error as you say.

Hi Bernard,

The block was originally put on Harlow Road when in fact it was at the end of Rowney gardens. Because it was put on Harlow road, this is causing navigation to think there is a block on Harlow Road which in turn navigates around 4 miles out. so I have removed the block from Harlow road and placed it on Rowney Gardens where it should be.
