Per OSM wiki, "Cycling infrastructure that is an inherent part of a road - particularly "cycle lanes" which are a part of the road - should usually not be tagged as a separate cycleway, but by adding the cycleway=* tag to an existing highway=* instead."

From Bing streetside it does seem like this is a traffic_calming=island since only the entrance from 131st street is controlled with a stop sign.

Hi, I noticed that you have removed the bicycle=yes tag from a stretch of WA 99 and WA 599. According to RCW 46.61.160 (https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=46.61.160) bicycles are allowed on limited access highways except where prohibited. According to WSDOT's permanent bike restrictions map, bicycles are not prohibited here (https://wsdot.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?useExisting=1&layers=66d6114468c7427e925638cc1a0f1d01).

Hi Cliffhanger35, and welcome to OSM!
I noticed at the intersection of Rainier Ave and Grady Way you have merged the four nodes at the intersection of each way and replace it with one node. According to the examples from Mapbox (https://labs.mapbox.com/mapping/mapping-for-navigation/modeling-intersections-for-map-navigation/) and the OSM wiki (osm.wiki/Junctions), this is not the recommended way of representing the intersection of two dual carriageways. I suggest you review your changesets and possibly revert any changes as needed.
