Hello bxl-forever,
I will try. But please do not hesitate to do some changes if you get the info before I do.

This is not totally true, emergency vehicles can not ride wherever they want.
(e.g.they can not take oneway streets in the opposite direction, cycleways, streets that won't support the weigth of their vehicles,...). Or more precisely, we can not propose them a route on any of these ways. That's why we are using this emergency tag
so that we add a few more streets for their routing with respect to normal cars, but not all of them...

Jakka, firemen and ambulances have access to the parvis if needed. The information comes from the mobility cell of the emergency services of brussels region (siamu). I already discussed the use of the emergency tag with some members of osm community before. Do you see any problem of using this tag if no signpost is present on the street?

Hello bxl-forever,
We don't always get (or pay attention to) this information about cyclist exemptions but in this case we had the info! I corrected and added oneway:bicycle=no. Thank you for your comment
