How did you choose this tag? cycleway=segregated isn't documented in the wiki and seems to be pretty uncommonly used. cycleway=track is more commonly used (100k uses, as opposed to 1k) and the wiki describes it as used in North America for protected bike lanes: cycleway=*#Cycle_tracks
