I’m quite familiar with this issue in the Swiss and French Alps sections where many unnamed peaks are represented on official maps only by their altitude.

My goal is to be able to represent these peaks when rendering them as raster tiles. On many TMS / WMTS OSM basemaps, a peak will not be rendered if it has no name
For exemple 1373113085 (Nordendspitez southern sub-peak 4570m) which is not represented on OSM based Bergfex & Freemap map

2. I only specified name from alt_name as natural:peak implies not null name value for rendering
3. BEV is a more reliable source than Hikr
