The best approach here is for the methods to remain secondary and not direct links.. Therefore, it is preferable to revert to the previous classification as it is more logical for road classifications on this site.

I know that you have information confirming that it has been opened.
However, I noticed that you changed access=no to access=yes for this road:

This has caused those roads to become floating:

According to highway=primary, the primary classification already serves well as a major road connecting cities and areas, even before the expressway is fully completed.
highway=primary
It’s also important to keep the road network hierarchy consistent, ensuring higher-class roads connect smoothly to lower ones.

I believe it might be better to revert to the previous classification,
as the current classification may not fully match its actual function.
We are interested in having the road network classification remain interconnected, ensuring there are no gaps where higher classifications branch out from lower ones.

I noticed that some recent edits added the tag (oneway=yes) to certain streets.
However, based on the Vantor satellite imagery (via Vantor Hub, dated 2025-10-06), and (Esri World Imagery), it is clear that vehicles are moving in both directions on these roads.
Examples:

and way/1257341285
Also, adding road direction tags has resulted in some floating roads (roads not connected properly).

and way/857533208
In addition, making some modifications to the streets does not exactly match any image.
