Hi -- This was my first edit of OSM, so please forgive any errors. I think you are asking how we should connect the Intermodal Connector to Hampton Blvd (VA 337)? These roads actually do not connect. The Intermodal Connector is a highway which passes over Hampton Blvd and there is no connection. Also, I now see Google Maps has added the Intermodal Connector so it is correct there, if you are looking for another point of reference.
