Nevermind, those relations seem quite incomplete. Probably need to fix them.

Actually, I just realized rerouting the buses is unnecessary since there's relations for routes via Howe/Seymour already.

Not sure if the bus on-ramp should be tagged as highway=service or highway=motorway_link; I tagged it as service for now since there's a bus bay in the ramp. If someone could review that that would be great.

Thanks for letting me know, I wasn't aware of the rules surrounding the Major Road Network. I'll make note of that in the future.
