That sounds like a reasonable solution, although it still feels a little weird having no southbound trunk roads connecting to the Oak Street Bridge which is highway=trunk.

Sorry for the late comment. I believe there's an island in the middle of the intersection which is the reason I had remapped the intersection as 2 separate ways. If there's a better way to map that please let me know. Anyway, I've gone ahead and removed the leftover turn restrictions from that for now.

I believe Oak is only signed as Highway 99 up to 41st for the northbound portion (since left turns are prohibited at 70th) which is probably why it was already tagged highway=primary. For southbound it officially follows 70th (https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/transportation/transportation-reports-and-reference/reference-information/numbered-routes#99). That section of 70th does get quite busy during the afternoon rush hour so I'd be inclined to keep it as highway=trunk as well.

Nevermind, those relations seem quite incomplete. Probably need to fix them.

Actually, I just realized rerouting the buses is unnecessary since there's relations for routes via Howe/Seymour already.

Not sure if the bus on-ramp should be tagged as highway=service or highway=motorway_link; I tagged it as service for now since there's a bus bay in the ramp. If someone could review that that would be great.

Thanks for letting me know, I wasn't aware of the rules surrounding the Major Road Network. I'll make note of that in the future.
