Nuk ka ni hartë të qartë të ARrSh (e as sinjalistikë në rrugë) por po përdor të dhanat e pakta që kanë, në këtë rast tabela e rrugëve që kanë nën përgjegjësi.

Po ndrroi o burrë që nuk të doket, mos mi ba gjithë këto pyetje.

It literally took me a couple of hours just to get this 3 km stretch of road somewhat in order. Please guys don't just add data, make sure they are accurate (geometry and tags) or don't add at all!

This changeset deals with the main carriageways only.
Outstanding jobs remaining: carriageway alignment, interchanges, local roads, bridges, over(under)passes.

I see. Albanian motorways are always numbered with A and are signed with green background signage. This is the case currently, with the only three motorways being A1 to A3.

Regarding max speed: Albanian law stipulates that max speed is 110 km/h on motorways and 90 km/h on national highways, including expressways like this which are signed with a blue backgroud expressway sign on entrance and exit.

I know a couple of years back there were 100 km/h signs on this stretch but they were againts the law and have been replaced, as far as I know. I've asked locals who live in the area and got confirmation that this holds true for this section.

Since I see there have been many changes I can't trace every bad change regading max speed but maybe someone from your team can trace them from, say, last years' changesets and set them back? Meanwhile I will set back the classification.

I did just that. I saw a lot of changes in this changeset but I didn't have time to look at them all. May I suggest that you make your changes more limited, in scope and area? It makes validation easier. Best.

Hi, what you actually have done is make the ways inconsistent. A2 from Levan to Vlorë is signed as a motorway with green signage and a 110 km/h speed limit. I'm reverting this change. Cheers.

Hi, SH4 is not classified as motorway in any of its length. This section is signed as an expressway (blue signage, limited to motor vehicles) with a 90 km/h speed limit. Have you seen a green motorway sign on this stretch and a speed limit of 100 km/h?

I see. One has to be careful with GPS though because it can deteriorate and normally a log does not save metadata so you can notice it later.

I have access to cm accuracy, geo-referenced imagery and noticed some innacuracies; that's why I made the comment.

Blerta, please make your edits more compact in area and scope, so that it's easier to see what's been done and to also limit yourself to errors. I deleted one duplication and reverted one deleted way in this changeset.

Also, where and when possible, it's better not to delete entire ways but rather use realignment tools.

Please do not change road classification. When unsure leave it as is.

Also, please do use descriptive edit comments; "Neue Strassen" does not help.

Please do not modify the motorways geometry if you do not have a reputable, accurate source. I saw that you have made the alignment worse in some places.
