Hi themi97, I don't believe these entities should be admin_level = 7, this makes them ranked higher then e.g. Engomi or Agios Dometios. Since they are level 8, ενορίες should be level 9. Or we should uprank διαμερίσματα to level 7 and make ενορίες level 8, which makes more sense.

I hate 'hw=service' for park alleys with a passion as it contradicts every part of 'service road' definition in the wiki, but there is probably no better option. Sigh.

Hi themi97, please use either highway=proposed + proposed=footway or proposed:highway=*, right now data consuers will treat these as actual footways, ignoring proposed=yes tag. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure Alex was trying to revert edits 164093226, 164093226, 164093226, although a bit inaccurately. Edits mentioned look like a part of a patriotic edit war due to Tigranashen / Karki village being a disputed territory. They did violate TOTG though, I somewhat restored to previous state here: changeset/164317843

Hi Alex Edits OpenSM, thank for helping with vandal edits! May I suggest reverting more carefully next time, e.g. with a JOSM reverter plugin. You accidentally deleted whole building isten of wrong tags on them. Thanks!

No worries, I kinda understand this whole junction looks messy and mistake-like. But this particular case reflects mess on the ground :)

addr:street:ru на домах избыточен, адресация должна идти по связке name улицы и addr:street дома, при наличии name:ru у улицы русскоязычная адресация сработает для всех домов. Но глобально это ничего не ломает, так что если очень хочется, ставьте.

A couple of months ago they drew a solid line that blocks this exact turn from Myasnikyan ave to Abovyan st., forcing the traffic through Sharimanyan st. I live nearby and use this road extensively, used this right turn myself for 2 years :)

You've misaligned the road using Bing without offset and deleted the restriction actually in place. This is hardly an improvement. Reverted: changeset/162791920

i've upranked parts of T-8-47 and T-8-51 back to tertiary (changeset/162626272).
It's my understanding that a regional (T-*-*) road, being the only road to a village, should not be below tertiary.
Some T-roads in Armenia lead nowhere (like this way/859513022), these can be downgraded to unclassified.
